What if I'm not happy with the work?
If we haven't started yet, full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once work has begun we keep iterating until you sign off — at no extra cost. Monthly plans cancel any time at the end of the current billed month, no pro-rata refunds (per our Terms).
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Maybe not. The Launch package replaces an existing site; otherwise we audit yours first and recommend the most cost-effective path. You only pay for what you actually need.
How long does the build take?
Build starts within 48 hours of payment. Launch typically goes live in around two weeks. Lift takes two to three weeks (extra time for branded social setup). Scale takes three to four weeks (lead capture and sales process layered on top).
Can I cancel my monthly content plan any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe customer portal in one click — the link arrives in every receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billed month so you keep what you've paid for, with no surprise charges.
What's included in "sales pipeline support"?
Lead capture form, automated follow-up email and SMS sequence, integration with your existing CRM (or recommendation if you don't have one), call scripts tailored to your audience, and a founder-led monthly pipeline review with James.
Are your invoices GST-compliant?
Yes. Every Stripe receipt itemises the 10% GST separately and we are registered for Australian GST. Stripe Tax adds GST automatically at checkout — your receipt is BAS-ready out of the box.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — Australia, UAE, and the United States. Pricing on the site is in AUD; Stripe converts at checkout for international cards at the live exchange rate.
